Sometimes we need a space entirely dedicated to our own experiences, emotions, and personal development. We need to be met where we are, with empathy, kindness, and curiosity. We may need to work on issues from our past, concerns in the present, or more specific worries like disordered eating. If you’d like to understand yourself more deeply and begin to approach your life from a place of personal choice and increased self- compassion, you’re in the right spot.

Couples counseling can be incredibly useful in understanding individual and relational patterns that may have once been helpful, but no longer serve us. My focus is on providing warm, effective, culturally sensitive, neurodivergent- affirming, and trauma- informed therapy for couples and individual adults. I specialize in:
