Hello! I’m Alexis.

My focus is on providing warm, effective, culturally sensitive, neuro- affirming, and trauma- informed therapy for couples and individual adults. I specialize in:

  • Couples experiencing relational challenges including: communication troubles, betrayal, parenting differences, family issues, and/or intimacy concerns

  • Neurodiverse couples in which one or both partners are neurodivergent

  • High achieving individuals: high pressure careers, burnout, imposter syndrome, career transitions, creative blocks, college students seeking support

  • Late diagnosed neurodivergence

  • Body image concerns/disordered eating

  • HSP (Highly Sensitive People)

  • Trauma/Complex Trauma: PTSD and cPTSD
