Couple/Relationship Counseling

Individual Counseling for Teens & Adults
Are you feeling frustrated, worn out, or just plain stuck? Do you have concerns about your life and how you feel relationally, creatively, or emotionally? Are you not even sure who you are anymore? Individual therapy is a wonderful place to explore what’s happening for you in the moment, as well as looking at how your history may be impacting your daily life. Together we can sort through your experiences, process your challenges, and build on your strengths in order to cultivate deeper self-knowledge, self-compassion, and the ability to live your life in an increasingly connected, fulfilled, and authentic manner.
Counseling for Anxiety
Do you feel like anxiety has a hold on you? Do you find that your life is often limited due to pervasive worry, fears, and a constant, nagging sense of “what if”? Are you stuck in a discouraging pattern of perfectionism where nothing you do feels good enough? Anxiety can cause extreme physical, psychological, and emotional discomfort and distress. The good news is that we can work together to figure out what your anxiety is up to- and how we can understand, manage, and tame it. Anxiety doesn’t have to be in charge, and we can foster change together.
Counseling for Disordered Eating
Does it seem like food is running your life? Do you wish you had more freedom but somehow you feel locked into a rigid system of eating patterns and/or exercise habits? Are you finding yourself more and more isolated and scared, but not sure what to do to change this….or if you even want to change it? As an eating disorder survivor, I can deeply empathize with the complexities this may bring up for you. I also know that life with disordered eating is tough and can lead to grave consequences.
